On the other hand, if you think slow is an easy game, try this: stand erect with arms on the side. Very slowly, I mean veeeerrrry slooowwly, lift your right arm from 0 to 90 and 90 to 180 degrees. Take about 4 minutes total for this motion. Strech the arm at 180% and then bring it back slowly to 0 degree taking another 4 minutes. Now compare this with doing the same motion 40 times in 8 minutes. Which of the two is easier?
